About me
I partner with founders and teams to understand how people actually work, where products break down in practice, and how to make clear decisions about what to build next.
I work as a product consultant, combining strategy and delivery to reduce product risk and help teams move forward with confidence. My background spans UX research, design, and close product collaboration across complex, real world systems. I focus on uncovering gaps between assumptions and reality, validating direction early, and helping teams iterate without adding unnecessary complexity.
I am most often brought in when adoption is unclear, feedback feels scattered, or teams need alignment before investing more time and effort. My goal is always the same: turn real insight into decisions and progress, not process.
Outside of work, I spend time mountain biking, playing pickleball, and keeping up with a tiny human. I am also the founder of a mountain bike maintenance app, which keeps me grounded in the realities of building, shipping, and iterating a product firsthand.
